Keppel Land, which owns several huge parcels of prime coastal property, had a shipping facility on a small island just off the coast of Singapore. At the turn of the millenia, they disposed of that facility and began reclaiming more land for the island, reshaping it into its present form.
Then came a marina and a suspension bridge linking it to the mainland. The result has been nothing short of impressive to my eye. There is a spectacular superyacht moored there - and what I wouldn't give to be able to live on board it, if even as a boat boy!
